Summer: $3,750 per week (2nd week of June – 2nd week of September)
Fall / Spring: $350 per night or $2,100 per week
Winter: $1,500 per week
Memorial Day Weekend: 3 night minimum stay @ $500 / night or $2000 for that week
Please note:
- Sales tax (8% sales and 2% lodging fee) and $200 non-refundable cleaning fee to be added to above rates and are subject to change without notice.
- The Farmhouse is non-smoking.
- Although we love pets, we must ask that you leave them at home during your stay, or we can direct you to local pet boarding.
